Kuvlo collects account and business information you provide, including contact details, company settings, clients, jobs, invoices, and payment-link settings. We also collect limited technical usage information such as page visits, device category, referrals, and campaign parameters.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure Kuvlo, authenticate users, operate scheduling and invoicing features, send requested service emails, process subscriptions, understand usage, troubleshoot problems, and improve the service.
Service providers
Kuvlo uses providers for hosting, authentication and data storage, email delivery, payments, and subscriptions. They process information as needed to deliver those services. Kuvlo does not sell personal information.
Retention and your choices
We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably needed for service, security, legal, and accounting purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information.
Security and updates
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as Kuvlo evolves and will revise the effective date.
